Mubasher: The shareholders of KGL Logistics approved on Thursday the board’s recommendation of distributing 5% of the capital as bonus shares for fiscal year 2018.
The Boursa Kuwait-listed company will distribute 5-for-100 shares as bonus on 23 June to the entitled shareholders of record date 18 June, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During FY18, KGL Logistics posted a slight decline of 0.34% to KWD 5.93 million compared to KWD 5.95 million in FY17.
